At some point in our lives, we will all be touched in some way by cancer. Whether it be ourselves, our family or our friends, this is an unfortunate fact. In addition to the emotional and physical trauma brought on by cancer, many times there is a financial struggle as well. Receiving a scary diagnosis is devastating in itself. Knowing that there is no financial support for the critical treatment required can escalate the scare to the highest level of fear and anxiety. With Hurricane Katrina's devastation, the situation is truly unimaginable.
